Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the exterior of your package.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our support team.
